Terms and Conditions
ABOUTOWN Airbus strongly recommends that you arrange to arrive at least three (3) hours prior to your flight departure time and to allow approximately ninety (90) minutes prior to your airbus departure time from the airport.
LUGGAGE
Each ADULT is allowed one (1) carryon
(9”x16”x22”) and two (2) suitcases. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66” (168cm) in overall
length, width and height and must not weigh more than 70 pounds (32 kilograms).
Each CHILD is allowed one (1) carryon (9”x16”x22”) and one (1) suitcase. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66” (168cm) in overall length, width and height and must not weigh more than 70 pounds (32 kilograms).
ADDITIONAL LUGGAGE including trunks, skis, bicycles, golf clubs, containers, snow boards, etc. ARE subject to additional fees. These items MAY be required 24 hours in advance of your scheduled Airbus departure time and MAY be transported to your Airbus destination in advance of your scheduled Airbus departure time on a space available basis.
ABOUTOWN Airbus reserves the right to refuse excess baggage that is not prearranged and/or items that are prohibited by law. We do not permit weapons or objects which may be used as a weapon in our vehicles. Anyone or any such item may be refused travel at our discretion.
FLIGHT DELAYS
Please note that ABOUTOWN Airbus does not monitor flight information. We are not responsible for delayed, early or canceled flights. Should your flight be delayed and you do not meet your scheduled airbus in time, you will be placed on a space available basis for the next available airbus departure. If you are traveling in North America and know that your flight will be delayed, we recommend that you contact our Reservations desk at 1-877-663-2244.
CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel, we require 24 hours notice for a full refund. A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice prior to time of departure
becomes null and void. Any portion of the reservation that is more than 24 hours prior to the initial travel time is entitled to a refund.
Changes to airbus departure times on the same day of travel to or from an airport are permitted due to weather, traffic conditions, flight
delays, etc. Any date changes made within 24 hour of departure time are subject to a $10 per person change fee.
All travel must be completed within one (1) year from the original outbound travel date.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
ABOUTOWN Airbus does not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost of expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from:
- an act of omission of any party other than from ABOUTOWN Airbus or its employees;
- mechanical breakdown, traffic conditions, government actions, labour disputes, weather, Canadian or United States
Customs, or other factors and causes seen or unseen beyond our control;
- your failure to follow instructions including baggage handling, checkin and checkout times, but not limited to our
Airbus pickup points at the Toronto International Airport or the Detroit Metropolitan Airport;
- Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. ABOUTOWN Airbus reserved the right to cancel or alter the travel services at its discretion. In the event of complete cancellation, ABOUTOWN Airbus shall only be liable to refund all monies paid.
ABOUTOWN Airbus expressly reserves the right to reject any person at any time before and during the trip if ABOUTOWN Airbus deems his or her conduct detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip. A refund covering the unused portion of the trip may be made without further obligation, responsibility, or liability on the part of ABOUTOWN Airbus.
